just tried to vote and I got qued, with a popup, to activate DirectX...first time that has happened.
well I clicked "ok" then I got a warning from Norton that it just blocked a high threat virus trying to close a file.
I then tried to back out and close page but it wouldn't close, mean while as I was calling up Task Manager to quit IE another warning came up but I closed out program before reading it.
Anyone else noticed anything fishy?

hmmm well your first problem is using IE actually though I use FF so I didn't notice anything...

Do let me know if this happens again or to anyone else and I'll remove the links to GW200 asap.

Welp it happened again this morn. This time I closed out que to activate DirectX and I still got a Norton notice it had blocked a high threat virus (Trojan Inject) from closing out a file. Then page froze up.
Next I went to GW Top 200 with my FF browser (I use both browsers actually since some applications and sites are more IE friendly) and had no prob... go wonder??
My puter has been buggy lately, getting ready to strip it down and reinstall soon so don't jump to do anything hasty unless you hear from others

I too have had the same buggy problem with the vote system and wondered what caused it to shut down all me windows. IE could be the culprit, but tis very odd indeed

I'm guessing one of these may be the culprit -- perhaps the mystabcounter? removing the link if what i see on google is correct...
