If you notice your ranking on the guild posts has been changed to big, bigger, and biggest--only because I don't now what to call the ranks. So this is an open call for ranking wording--or else you guys just get to keep posting until you are all big, bigger, or biggest. Also, I adjusted the number of posts you needed for more stars. I may change the image from stars to something else...any ideas for that as well?

How about something to do with the actual characters instead of locations? Isnt there a different generic title for those lvls 1-5, 6-10, 10-15 (and possibly 15+) or did that change since the Nov. beta?
If so, I was thinking something like Wuss, Warrior, and for those of you who seem to love it: 1337

What about in game references like: White Mantle, Shining Blade and Chosen. Or perhaps, Neo-Acolyte, Jungle-Hunter, and Master-Elite. Anything but that stupid Leet speak (I got tired of that real fast on Counter-strike), I also found some of it to be unreadable. Or even just game related like Game Sloth, Mouse Manipulater and Code Guru. BTW... Does Beguine refer to the music type or to something else? Just wondering.

Beguine was a group of religious women. See www.newadvent.org/cathen/02389c.htm for a proper explanation. Here is another explanation, "The Beguine movement arose early in the 13th century when one Jacques de Vitry obtained permission from the Pope for groups of pious women in the Lowlands region of France, and Germany to live together. The Papacy was then confronted with a strong movement of feminine piety which had been gathering ground since the mid 12th century. These women followed no prescribed rule and were committed to an "outside cloister" form of living together in poverty, fasting, chastity and prayers. This movement, evident all over Northern Europe, represented significant challenge to the church hierarchy, which had no structures to maintain order for such communities, and further represented challenges to males in religion who could not abide groups of religious men or women who were outside their control." www.geocities.com/ganesha_gate/porete.htmlAlthough not all of the memebers in the guild are women, it is still a cool name.

Beguine was a group of religious women.. Yeah everything Asya pointed out. And for you~a little background as to why I chose it as a guild name. I picked Beguine not because I thought everyone would be a female character or even a female player--rather I picked it because as a woman (irl and in the game) I was creating a guild. People come to expect strong women, who lead, to be Amazons of some sort--I wanted to educate people on a different type of independent woman that challenged the establishment and that really existed in history and thus the Beguine Guild was born. Although I bet Asya could spin a much better tale as to the birth of BGN--and if she does I would be happy to illustrate it!
