This is an informal poll....(thus no choices to pick from you just write your answers). People either pick characters that have physical features similar to them or reflect their personalities in some way shape or form...how does your character relate to the real life you?
For instance, Philia's last name relates to my profession and I am a woman with red hair and I tend to stand back and let people get the schtuffing knocked out of them and then step in and do damage control (heal so to speak)... What about you?

hmm, well, let's see... Yoko is medium height, blond hair, and kinda up front (-60%, yeah!), and self-conscious about her weight ("These pants make my thighs look big"), also, as a spell-caster, she is obviously pretty smart too (Mesmer/Elementalist) Where as in real-life, I am tall, with light brown hair, kinda up-front, and self-conscious about my weight, considered very smart, and rather feminine (that's not really a bad thing, is it?).
So I guess that it's not the whole 'looks' thing that is similar, but rather personality, (as I think I am not exactly a very 'nice' person to look at, I wouldn't want to have unfortunate players online looking at my clone) that makes Yoko and myself similar.

Let's see, why the Necromancer? Well, as a scientist I have to destroy life to try to unstand it, so I guess there is some vague similarity there... but as I've mentioned in other posts about characters, it's mainly the look I'm going for. The first Fangoria I bought had Pinhead on the cover from back when Hellraiser first came out... so since I have my puzzle-box model sitting in my living room, I guess the Necro art and I are a good fit. Apperance-wise not too much resemblance I guess, and as Famir and Xalran look completely different, self emulation in the game avatar is not what I'm concerned about.

How does my character relate to my personality... I'm a necro/monk. I have the ability to take life and restore it. That makes me either a pre-med student, or the ultimate control freak. Since I finished school years ago, go figure. For the name, I actually typed in the wrong name, and it should have been Alysa but I didn't notice it until I had already invested some time in the character. The name was drawn (and altered) from one of the characters from The Wheel of Time series. The character's look and feel are modeled on reality; although not in the way you might think.
