FYI. The ULGG web site and forum have been compromised. The purportrators were able to obtain an email list for all registered users. If anyone receives an email from ULGG requesting your password in order to set back up the account, DO NOT respond to it. This is a phishing email in an attempt to possibly obtain your GW account.
It is advisable to never use your Guild Wars email/password for any public forum/web site.

I guess I'm unsure what the ULGG web site is?

ULGG = United Legit Gaming Guilds. They are probably the largest supports of Guild Wars. BGN and ULGG had a relationship for a while (see the BGN/ULGG video). ULGG has the largest alliance in the game. Actually there are 3 divisions (2 kurziks and 1 luxon) to their "alliance" with over 20+ guilds total participating. Many members are/were alpha testers. I know that Inda and myself registered over at their forums, but not sure if others had as well. More information on them can be found here.
