Here is a summary of common issues we've seen reported:

Error Code 1032: The bug where World transfers results in a long delay, has been resolved. Players who log in will be located in the World that they attempted to transfer from. Players should try again.

Error Code 9: This code results when you are not authorized to play in the Guild Wars 2 3-Day Headstart. Retail codes do not get in--you must access to Headstart, which you obtained by PRE-PURCHASING the game in full. Please contact your retailer to make sure that they've given you a 3-Day Headstart code. For additional assistance, please contact Customer Support: support.guildwars2.com using the Ask a Question tab.

Error Code 1038: This error results when you try to log in with an account that does not have a Guild Wars 2 serial code attached to it. Please apply a Guild Wars 2 serial code to this account. For additional assistance, please contact Customer Support: support.guildwars2.com

* Guild Issues: This includes guild membership rosters not showing correctly, guild leaders not seeing themselves in the guild, issues with receiving guild invitation notifications, etc.
* In-game mail
* Party issues on overflow

Thank you for the update. I've been getting DC'd quite a bit, Sat. and Sun.....and some other, "minor issues." Sometimes I can play for about 2 hours before getting DC'd, so perhaps it's a good time to break anyway. Hope everyone is having fun, despite the minor annoyances.

Yeah this helps, thanks. I am having problems with the guild management screen being unresponsive. Works for Chay, the other guild leader, so I tried to un-represent and then it wouldn't let me represent again Or join BGN

We saw problems with peeps being unable to accept guild invites, but as of Sunday I think things were okay.

Still seem to be issues with friend lists, lagging out, and of course the completely frustrating overflow system.

Yup, I managed to join BGN first(of course), GOD and TeG and as I was swapping through I would frequently get marooned in a single guild. That was on Sunday and overflow is just awful, leaves you no way to meet up with friends.

As of this time Arenanet is still sorting out communication problems, guild joining problems, BlackLion Trading post issues.
Hang in there lads and lasses I am sure it will sort out in time

Thanks for the info on the book. I just ordered it from Amazon for 15.61 + tax (Amazon Prime price). It'll be here in 2 days.

Yay! I was allowed to join BGN in GWs 2 and after a brief time in Borlis Pass (because Stormbluff was "full") was allowed to join the Stormbluff server! No DCs in Stormbluff (except the one for everyone to update the game). I go to GameStop today to get my physical purchase game, so I'll be on the lookout for the strategy guide (I may be tempted to get it).

As of this date and time there are still people having issues getting connected and/or trying to join a guild.

I made it to Stormbluff, and seems like no more DCs in the last 5 hours or so of play time. But after finally getting into BGN, I am no longer in a guild (Wednesday, 08/29/2012). I would appreciate another invite, or multiple invites until GWs 2 lets me stay. Minor annoyances, but still lots of fun so far.

DCs way down and GWs 2 got me back in the guild!

Yes many people are still having connection, party, chat issues with the game. Hopefully it will sort itself out soon.

09/19/2012.....haven't been able to log into the game for a few days. I keep getting sending report to ANET, so maybe they fix me up soon.....
