Yeah, they had some fun with that one. Certainly wasn't a typical show...

Watched it last night. It was so good that I'm pretty sure they must have hired the Farscape writing team.

Ahhhhh, Farscape......I miss Farscape. And B5. And Firefly. *sob* Unfortunately, I didn't have Sci-Fi for he first season of Farscape so I never got into it. But I do own the entire series of Babylon 5 and Crusade (the b5 spinoff). I never gave firefly a chance. I watched 5 minutes of one show and decided I didn't like it. But B5 is one best series every on TV...

Yeah, I thought it was great. So many references to other shows--some blatant like the Farscape scene, but so many more subtly thrown in with the wordplay and such. Very cool. I used to watch B5 when it was on, and some of the few episodes of Crusade, too. Farscape was cool the first 2 1/2 seasons or so (aahhh...PK Tech Girl!), but it got so slapstick-y that I stopped tuning in. I like Stargate Atlantis, though--I think it's much better than SG-1 since Richard Dean Anderson left.

Agreed that Atlantis is the better Sg show, but neither can hold a candle to Farscape or B5 IMHO. Farscape is dead. Long live Farscape!

I never gave firefly a chance. I watched 5 minutes of one show and decided I didn't like it. But B5 is one best series every on TV... Ooooooh, give it a chance (for the dialog if nothing else)! "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eatin' steak!" or "I wanna go to the crappy town where I'm a hero!" ;D And yes, B5 was (and still is) the best series ever....not only do I have the series (okay, most of it anyway) I also have figurines and ships (oh dear, I AM pathetic) (lets not talk about the 19 Han Solo figurines in my book room, okay?)

All good sci-fi series, B5 was so deep in plot substance, but can't wait for the new season of my now all time fav Battlestar Galactica. Who are and what are those wild and crazy Cylons really up to? ? BTY Firefly series movie Serenity was pretty darn good if you haven't caught it yet.

SG1's 200th was a lot of fun, a nice gift to the fans. Too bad SciFi repays them by cancelling the show. Yeah, it's a bit long in the tooth, and much less fun without O'Neill, but it still has some legs. Thank goodness for Vala!

Guess 10 years seems to be the limit on shows eh? Now where will Claudia and Ben go?
