Roxy, I happily give up my turn, as I used outside assistance for my "victory."
This particular game feels like it gets more and more obscure. I don't think my submission would've been up to snuff anyhow.

Still too easy... but I don't remember the episode title, but I do know the character names and actors and where the converstion took place, etc... Yep always liked those episodes including what is probably my favorite guest in any of the series...
I'm sure someone will come up with the title before I go look it up on the net...

I guess it's just me then, if X thinks this is too easy.
Perhaps the problem is that I don't watch very much TV...

LOL Aeron. I think watching television would definitely help your chances....but I also think your question would have been up to snuff. This is only easy for X (I presume) because he's seen this show enough to remember the scene I chose. (It's a pretty memorable scene from this particular series. I heart Character 1 ) I don't want you - Aeron - to feel left out. Please join in if you want to. I don't think using the internet for help is cheating, and I look forward to more populist questions!

Star Trek The Next Generation: "Tapestry" - 11/30/92 Picard: First of all... I'd like you to be straightforward with me. How do you evaluate me as an officer? Troi: Your performance reports have always been good. You're thorough... dedicated... Riker: Reliable, steady... (beat, then, unable to come up with anything else) ...punctual. Picard: I see. (beat) What would you say if I told you I thought I was capable of being more than that... Riker: Frankly, Lieutenant... I don't think that's realistic... Picard: Why? Please. This is important to me. I know I can do more. Troi: Hasn't this been the problem all along? Throughout your career... you've had lofty goals... but you've never been willing to do what's necessary to attain them. Picard Would that be your evaluation as well? Riker I'd have to agree with Troi. You talk about wanting more... but when it comes to doing something about it, you hang back. If you want to get ahead, you have to take chances... stand out from the crowd... get noticed. Picard: I see. I love next gen My grandad brought me up on the original star trek in the late 80's with reruns then next gen Great Tal

Alright - my name is close enough to Aeron's to take her turn. (Sorry Aeron - yell at me if you want, but I've been dying to play....)
OK, this is what pisses me off. That was rude. I do not personally care if Aeron is fine with you taking her turn, however it would have been NICE for you to simply have posted and "asked" her. It's just f**king common courtesy damnit!

That's it. You're up again. ;D
And, Aeron, I apologize if I offended you. Morbid is correct that it was rude. I should have asked you, not told you.

Rimmer: So what happens now? How... (sighs) how do I die? Cassandra: Lister catches you making love to Kochanski and shoots you through the head with a harpoon gun. Rimmer: [Slowly becomes stunned] Can you just double-check that? Cassandra: I've seen it. It's what happens in the old laundry room. Rimmer: So let me repeat what I think you're saying. Arnold, that's me, and Kochanski, that's the woman, the really attractive one you saw earlier; me and her are in bed giving it rizz, when Lister, that's the short dumpy one with the stupid haircut, walks in and shoots me through the head while I'm making love to Kochanski. Cassandra: That is what's going to happen. Rimmer: FANTASTIC. Another great british comedy Name the show, the actors/actress if you can also try for the ep too but its not important. Good luck! Tal

Easy one to keep things going.
"Yeah, yeah, I am Batman. Then the mugger, he comes to, and he starts choking me. So I'm fighting him off with one hand and I kept driving the bus with the other. Then, I managed to open up the door, and I kicked him out the door, you know, with my foot, you know, at the next stop."
For the bonus, why "at the next stop"?

Kramer, from a Seinfeld ep! (Do I have to look up the title?) And he kept making the stops because the passengers kept ringing the bell!

Here you go...
She: I've seen you, you know. He: Seen me what? She: With that piece of paper, the one you keep in your pocket. Seen the expression on your face when you read it. And how carefully you fold it up. It means something to you. So you can play games all you want. But I know there's a human being in there somewhere. Give me the medication. He: You think you understand? She: Yeah, I think I- He [angrily]: Shut up! Want to know what kind of human being I am? Read it.

(tee hee I know...can't wait for Lost to come back!)
Ok, here's my quote...probably an easy one--but from one of my all time favorite series. --- Message of the day. Listen up now, because this one's important. Brush those teeth, eat that roughage, pop those vitamins, and wear sensible shoes. Man, we homo sapiens carry around a heavy psychic knapsack: consciousness. We all know we're going to be asked to get off the merry-go-round someday. Best we can do is keep the corpse beautiful, right? And what is the right stuff, anyway, crossing a double yellow on your hog or looking a thirty-year mortgage flat in the face?
The long haul. I'm going to need some clean undies; got my toothbrush, got my library card. What did the man say? A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step, right? ---

Well, no one has answered this one so for the good of the thread I'll go ahead: Chris Stevens from Northern Exposure in the episode "Jaws of Life." (I had to look up that last bit.) No other DJ talks like this! KBHR and WKRP and are the two stations I wish I could still get on my radio...

So many good shows come to mind. Here try this one...
He: Just like that: bing, bang, boom? She: At this point, I'd settle for the boom. He: You don't want the bing and the bang? She: I did when we started. He: And now? She: I'm over it. He: You're a very complex woman. She: You don't want the boom? He: 'Course I want the boom. Guys ALWAYS want the boom. We only made up the whole bing and the bang just to get to boom.
